General Training on Prevention of Employee Harassment

(Sexual) harassment in the work space is a special form of discrimination. In order to prevent (sexual) harassment we offer training for all levels of hierarchy (general training) and for special functions in your organisation (specific training tailored to the relevant function).

Participants in the training will

  • become aware of the different behavior that is perceived as (sexual) harassment
  • learn the consequences of (sexual) harassment for the aggrieved persons, the acting persons and other involved parties and the organisation
  • learn and practise tools in order to prevent harassment, to react to harassment and to actively intervene in case of harassment

With this training your organisation will

  • raise the awareness among your employees regarding behavior that is perceived as (sexual) harassment
  • build resilience among your employees against (sexual) harassment
  • support a working environment free of harassment
  • prevent incommoding behavior in the work space
  • early discover harassing behavior

Method: Our training is based on the following principles: efficiency, hands-on, tailored to the specific needs. We emphasise the active participation of the participants in the training. We conduct case studies and role plays. It is of importance to us that our training is embedded in your existing or to be developed diversity & inclusion concept or your compliance system.

Training for Female Employees to Build Resilience against Harassment

This training is for female employees.

Participants in the training will

  • become aware of the different typical behavior of offenders and victims
  • learn to react spontaneously and adequately to (sexual) harassment
  • increase their resilience against harassment from their co-workers and superiors
  • train the use of the internal support offered by their organisation in case of harassment
